PAUL DUBOIS, Founding Artistic Director
Paul is the founding Artistic Director of Off the Cuff Theatre Company. His recent experience in developing new work includes: INTERFERENCE (with Wishbone Theatre) which received a Fringe First Nomination during the Edinburgh Festival 2003 and is currently touring nationally; SCAPEGOAT (Wishbone Theatre) which won the Total Theatre Award (Edinburgh 2002) and is touring internationally and throughout the UK. As Artistic Director of Off the Cuff, Paul has produced 3 productions of the Critics’ Choice play SWOLLEN TONGUES (including the National Tour) and directed over 10 productions of new theatre writing including THE LIBRARY PLAY & THE BOOK OF LIZ (David Sedaris) at Soho Theatre & Writers Centre in 2004. Paul’s original pieces, FLAMING JOE & EDDIE BABY, were both Scratched at BAC in 2003 & 2004. Paul directed and wrote Off the Cuff’s first commission, THE HARDY TREE EXPERIMENT, in October 2005 and will directing the full production of THE HARDY TREE EXPERIENCE.
WHO ARE THE OFF THE CUFF TRUSTEES?
ALLISON WIGHTMAN, Chief Executive

Allison joined the board of Off the Cuff in 2002. Following production involvement in Swollen Tongues she has since specialised in marketing, sponsorship and PR for various Off the Cuff events as well as bringing a vast network of contacts and over 12 years commercial management experience including Marks & Spencer and Post Office Ltd. Allison is currently working for Virgin Atlantic.
CHRISTOPHER RILEY, Secretary

Christopher manages the Board on a day to day basis ensuring regular meetings, pre-production briefings, and post-project reviews take place. Christopher has worked for the Local Government Association heading up projects looking at Community Cohesion in Local Government as well as a national project which explored Prostitution and Vice in local Boroughs.
MICHELE DANAN, Marketing
As a member of the Off the Cuff board, Michele will use her 20 years professional experience in communications, branding and marketing strategy to develop projects. Michele has worked with organisations including Unilever, The Body Shop, Emirates Airline and the BBC and is currently Creative Planning Director at ebb&flow.
KATE MCGOLDRICK, Production

Kate joins Off the Cuff with substantial experience as both an actor and producer. Kate will ensure that projects achieve their objectives both artistically and fiscally. To date she has produced 3 productions of SWOLLEN TONGUES for Off the Cuff and Tony Haygarth’s THE LIE at Kings Heads Theatre, Islington. Kate currently works part time in sales and distribution for a TV company and also coaches voices, presentation and writing skills.
Glenn Gathercole, Treasurer

Glenn officially joined Off the Cuff in summer 2006 and has taken up the role of Treasurer. However, he has been involved in production work on a voluntary basis since spring of 2005. He is accredited with the Association of Project Managers, and brings professional project management skills onto the Board. He has worked in a variety of settings including the Royal College of Nursing, the Home Office and more recently the Parole Board. He has managed large departmental budgets (£18 million) and complex recruitment campaigns (Public Appointments and elections). Glenn is also a qualified Holistic massage therapist.
